π Damaged Items Upon Delivery:
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition. However, damage can occur in transit. To protect your purchase:

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you notice visible damage to the packaging, please note it with the delivery driver before signing.

If the product itself is damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photos of the damage (product + packaging)

A brief description of the issue
We will open a claim with the shipping carrier and coordinate a resolution on your behalf. Claims submitted after 48 hours may be denied.

π Cancellations
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. If you need to cancel:

Orders canceled within 48 hours of purchase: Fully refundable

Orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administrative fee, even if not yet shipped
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may initiate a return (see below).

π³ Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on most unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories

Returns must be authorized in advance by emailing returns@ac7volt.com

You (the buyer) are responsible for actual return shipping costs

Returned items are inspected before any refund is processed
We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on non-defective returns.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7β10 business days of return approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
