Before ordering replacement parts, it’s important to confirm your exact scooter model.
Many scooters look similar but use different electrical components.

Use the steps below to identify your model in under 2 minutes.

1) Check the scooter label
Look for a sticker or plate on the deck, stem, or underside showing:
- Model name
- Voltage (36V / 48V)
- Serial number

2) Check the charger label
Your charger usually lists:
- Output voltage (42V = 36V system, 54.6V = 48V system)
- Connector type

3) Check your original order
If you purchased online, your order history usually shows the exact model name.
